Every figure, boundary, and risk score on this page is invented for teaching purposes. The Municipality of Bayanihan does not exist, and none of these numbers describe any real Philippine locality. The base map is real OpenStreetMap tiling, but the demo boundaries drawn on top of it are not real barangay boundaries and their position is arbitrary — they say nothing about the actual places underneath.

Demo households and the fish landing sit inside the highest surge advisory zone, and the designated evacuation centre is itself exposed.

Planned response: Designate the shoreline strip as a no-build buffer in the demo CLUP, identify an inland relocation receiving area, and re-site the evacuation centre.
